- I enter your home including photos & virtual tours on the Multiple Listing System® and corporate database. MLS® is a private database used by Realtors® to exchange information about homes for sale. The goal of the database is to unite Buyers & Sellers.
- Yard sign: Keller Williams Ottawa Realty's distinctive yard sign acts as a magnet to prospective Buyers.
- Your listing will appear on the following websites exposing your home worldwide:
- Direct mail, strategically targeted announcements can alert selected individuals, neighbourhoods and the Real Estate community, to the availability of your property.
- Feature sheets. Colleen will create an attractive brochure & flyer highlighting the details of your property. To maximize exposure, it will be circulated to prospective Buyers, Realtors®, and other Brokerages with interest in similar properties.
- Advertising is placed in the newspapers and magazines: Ottawa Citizen, Real Estate Guide, Embassy News, Hill Top Times, and The Homes & Land on a regular basis.
- Open houses for the public are held depending on market conditions and the location of the property. When the listing is posted, an open house for Realtors® is scheduled depending on market conditions.
- A comparative market analysis is prepared as required. You will be kept abreast on prices & market conditions on an ongoing basis.
- All showings and feedback are recorded. Clients will receive timely electronic feedback on all showings from www.Homefeedback.com. Clients will be assigned a personal login and password for keeping up to date on all communications.
- Keller Williams Ottawa Realty's office has state of the art equipment and up-to-date technologies including voice mail, e-mail, internet, overnight paging service, colour copiers and scanners.
