  • Your listing will appear on the following websites exposing your home worldwide:
  • Direct mail, strategically targeted announcements can alert selected individuals, neighbourhoods and the Real Estate community, to the availability of your property.
  • Feature sheets. Colleen will create an attractive brochure & flyer highlighting the details of your property. To maximize exposure, it will be circulated to prospective Buyers, Realtors®, and other Brokerages with interest in similar properties.
  • Advertising is placed in the newspapers and magazines: Ottawa Citizen, Real Estate Guide, Embassy News, Hill Top Times, and The Homes & Land on a regular basis.
  • Open houses for the public are held depending on market conditions and the location of the property. When the listing is posted, an open house for Realtors® is scheduled depending on market conditions.
  • A comparative market analysis is prepared as required. You will be kept abreast on prices & market conditions on an ongoing basis.
  • All showings and feedback are recorded. Clients will receive timely electronic feedback on all showings from www.Homefeedback.com. Clients will be assigned a personal login and password for keeping up to date on all communications.
